I absolutely love going to Serenity Dental! Dr. Plaisance takes such wonderful care of her patients and always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The dental exams are incredibly thorough, and every visit has been a positive experience. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The fillings I’ve gotten have been quick and painless. I can honestly say Serenity Dental provides the most thorough and pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I love coming here. Highly recommend!

Dr. Katie Plaisance is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve been a patient at this office for several years, and every visit has been exceptional. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism consistently exceeds my expectations. Dr. Plaisance is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares about both her work and her patients. She takes the time to explain everything, ensures you’re comfortable throughout the process, and always provides outstanding care. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and diligent dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Plaisance and her team highly enough. I genuinely feel like a new person every time I walk out of the office. 10/10 — Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr. Plaisance and her team highly enough. When I moved to Atlanta three years ago, I was dealing with the effects of years of inadequate dental care. Dr. Plaisance took the time to thoroughly assess my dental health and develop a treatment plan that truly transformed my teeth and overall oral health. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, always taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. Her staff is equally wonderful. They are professional, personable, and welcoming at every visit. It's clear that everyone in the office genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, Dr. Plaisance and her team are exceptional. I'm grateful for the care I've received and wouldn't trust my dental health to anyone else

I used to love this dental office when Dr. Benson was the primary dentist, but since the transition to Serenity Dental, the experience has been horrible. The positive reviews mainly come from when Dr. Benson was the primary dentist. Since Katie Plaisance took over, patient care seems secondary to maximizing revenue. The billing practices were particularly concerning. Charges seemed excessive, and I was quoted significantly higher costs than expected, even after insurance. Every visit appeared to come with additional fees, recommendations for more treatments, and little transparency about the total cost. Every visit, I had a balance to pay, which was odd because I have insurance and pay every time. It got so bad that I was receiving invoices by mail from prior visits without an itemization of costs but just money owed. A while ago, I called to make an appt but apparently I couldn't make an appt without paying a balance. I told the desk clerk I don't know why I always have a balance and she couldn't explain either. I then got an invoice in the mail for late appt cancellation. Instead of feeling like a patient, I felt like I was being treated as a source of income, I guess because sh

I highly recommend Serenity Dental! The office is warm and welcoming with enough natural light that one forgets they’re at an office. Dr. Plaisance is fantastic and thoroughly checks and explains everything. Natalie is my hygienist and she is incredible, she is very thorough, yet gentle, and ensures you are comfortable throughout the cleaning. The whole office has a great vibe and everyone is always friendly and welcoming, putting one at ease. I can’t wait for my next cleaning!
